I’m thrilled to be joining Studio 30 as a Reformer Pilates instructor. Movement and wellness have always been a big part of my life, and after experiencing firsthand how transformative Pilates can be for both the body and mind, I knew I wanted to share that passion with others.
I’ve always loved going to the gym and keeping fit, and I’ve found that Pilates is the perfect way to balance strength training with giving your body the stretch it needs. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to take your practice to the next level, I’m here to help you feel strong, confident, and aligned.
Outside of the studio, I spend a lot of time walking our three dogs, going to the gym, cooking, and enjoying quality time with my boyfriend and close ones. I can’t wait to meet you and help you discover the incredible benefits of Reformer Pilates!
