I’m a mum of two, and my fitness journey is all about finding balance. While you’ll still catch me in the gym and pushing through CrossFit, Pilates has become my go-to for building strength in a calming way.
I love how Pilates complements my active lifestyle, and I’m here to show you how it can help you feel stronger and more centered too.

After years in the corporate world, I realised my true passion wasn’t behind a desk—it was in helping people feel their best, inside and out.
I started Studio 30 through my love of supporting others to achieve their goals — both fitness-wise and mentally. Exercise has always been my reset, my joy, and my way to connect with others, and I wanted to create a space where everybody feels welcome.
For me, it’s not just about the workout, it’s about feeling stronger, happier, and more confident in everyday life.

My journey from dancer to Pilates instructor has been all about discovering the power of mindful movement. I’ve fallen in love with how Pilates helps us build strength, find balance, and feel at home in our bodies. I’m on my way to becoming fully certified, and I’m so excited to grow, teach, and be inspired by this incredible community every step of the way.

You’ll usually find me running outdoors for fun or running after my 4year old.
Keeping fit has always been a way of life for me, I really believe what the mind and body can achieve is limitless when you truly show up for yourself.
